The Big Hair Net is a reusable mesh barrier that catches loose hair during blowouts—keeping it off your tools, face and workspace. A breathable head hole keeps the dog safe and comfortable while you deshed. Fits tables 42–50" wide and cinches in place for a snug, easy setup.
Instructions For Use
- Clip the dog to the grooming arm using a grooming loop.
- Place the net over the table and grooming arm with the head hole facing forward.
- Gently pull the dog's head through the head hole. Use the toggle to secure around the neck—snug but not tight.
- Pull the bottom toggle beneath the table to keep the net in place and trap hair.
- Tuck the excess bottom drawstring into the elastic band.
- Blow out the dog's trunk, chest and back end as usual. Once deshedded, remove the net and finish drying the legs, feet and any damp spots.
Care Instructions
- Shake out the net after use. For best results, hand wash or machine wash on gentle in a garment bag. Then tumble dry low or hang to dry.

- The Big Hair Net is designed to fit standard grooming tables 42–50" wide. It can cinch underneath for a secure fit, but we don’t recommend using it on tables smaller than 40" as more hair may escape from the bottom.
- Will The Big Hair Net work on a table with an H-bar arm?
- Yes, The Big Hair Net is compatible with an H-bar arm. You may need to lower the bar to fit the net over it. On a 50" table (the largest compatible size), the H-bar should be no taller than 36"—about right for a Saint Bernard.
- Can The Big Hair Net go in the washing machine?
- Yes! For best care, use a garment bag, wash your Big Hair Net on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang to dry.
- What if a dog poops inside?
- If a dog poops inside, The Big Hair Net’s see-through design lets you spot it right away. Simply stop, remove the net and clean up the mess.
- How can you tell if a dog is dry?
- The Big Hair Net is a deshedding tool, not a drying tool. While it can help dry most of the dog’s body, avoid drying the legs or feet inside the net, as it may push loose fur out of the bottom. You can check the dog’s dryness through the net or by reaching underneath it.
