The AXT allows a groomer to place a tie-off point on nearly any flat surface. Most tubs have one or two tie-offs that will work for one size of dog, but rarely does it work for every size. This tool allows groomers the flexibility to move the pet around and place the grooming loop wherever they need.

worth every penny
I tried one of these last year and used it so much I got a second one. They are strong enough to use for belly bands in the tub as well. They do lose suction every once and a while but normally when I didn't dry the tub wall.
