DANGEROUS
After making a substantial investment into this grooming arm, we have some serious issues. That height of the arm is relatively low, any large dog on our grooming table is nearing the height of the overhead arm bar. The overhead bar is the biggest concern. You can tell this is just a rigid piece of metal and the bottom part of the overhead bar that comes to a point is extremely sharp and we’ve had multiple team members AND DOGS that flail their head hit this bar resulting in open wounds! We have a $460 grooming arm we cannot use because of how dangerous this is. I’ve had my backside of my hand hit this bar and the dog end up covered in blood from my hand.
