After only 5 months of using these clippers on one or two dogs a week, the charger no longer works.

I have replaced the cords on my bravura at least three times last year. The cords should perform better than this

Obviously theres an issue with all the cords on this model so why arent they recalling them and replacing them with one that is actually usable? As a consumer, I deserve to get all parts of my purchase in working order and they should continue to work... period. My cord went bad 3 months into using it on a daily basis using approx one full charge of use per dayAs time goes on, Im forced to deal with more & more repair issues with the Bravura clipper. Between the quick dulling 5-in-1 blade that collects hair constantly in the belly of the blade, the unreliable charge level meter that shows full charge when it isnt full and the disastrous malfunctioning cord issues that cause nothing but frustration. Looks like Im on the hunt again for a cordless clipper similar to this one but a whole lot better

Groomers are natorious for being hard on anything with a cord. As a suggestion try letting the clippers fully charge with cradle and as close to completely discharge before repluging. This is a delacate cord and should be stronger, but if you realize this and take better care not to abuse the cord you should get much better service.

I have replaced this cord so many times I lost count and the clipper itself says its charged when it clearly isnt . They need to fix this

shorts at the joint near the trimmer plug. I have had to purchase 7 or 8 of these. Now I immediately reinforce the joint nearest the trimmer plug with duct tape to keep it from bending. not the wall plug Ive spent more on replacement cords than on the original trimmer
